This project was created with the aim of exploring the processes that influence communication—both with ourselves and with others—through the body. The techniques used are those associated with Taiji and Yoga.

Description
The exercises focus on self-awareness:
proprioception, finding one’s center and balance, body sensitivity, establishing posture, the alchemy of the inner smile, and inner vision; as well as on our relationship with others: role-playing, maintaining a neutral attitude, the “water struggle,” and the art of letting go.
At the same time, useful tools will be provided for self-defense and for managing risky situations.
The instructors are professionals in these disciplines who combine their extensive experience with the art of making it accessible to participants. The training programs take place outdoors and at the prestigious locations we have available.
