TEAM BUILDING: Fencing Motivation and Teamwork

Through the Italian champion’s storytelling, we will explore the metaphors that fencing offers for professional life: 

the attack, the initiative of those who want to achieve results proactively;

the defense, the wisdom and skill of those who focus pragmatically on results;

the weapon, an extension of the body that for today’s managers is represented by the cell phone;

concentration, self-coaching focused on being present in the “here and now”;

the mask, thanks to which one cannot see the opponent’s eyes nor perceive

any facial expressions.

Fencing is a situational sport, much like the professional world, and thus trains our

adaptive spirit: no situation will ever repeat itself under exactly the same conditions, so

we must adapt to managing the unpredictable by sharpening our instincts and response speed.

The reservation is automatically confirmed if made through the website at least 30 days before the activity. If you wish to book with less than 30 days' notice, the system will automatically send a request for availability to our dedicated team, who will respond within 24 hours.

• Up to 15 days before, the full amount will be refunded, except for tickets.
