How to book
The reservation is automatically confirmed if made through the website at least 30 days before the activity. If you wish to book with less than 30 days' notice, the system will automatically send a request for availability to our dedicated team, who will respond within 24 hours.
How to cancel your reservation
The booking may be cancelled only by sending an email to the address: info@habitravel.com
The refund of the cost will be made in the following manner:
- Up to 15 days before, the full amount will be refunded, except for tickets.
- After 15 days, a penalty of 100% will be applied.
